I got into longboarding when I first got up here at BYU-I and have not stopped doing it since. It has become a very fun and exciting activity for me for many years now. There is nothing better to me than a day of longboarding with my wife and some good friends.
Longboarding has also become a sport in my family. My wife and I spend a lot of our time out longboarding on sunny days and we also like to travel to different spots to try out new hills. The place that we go to around here is called Grand Targhee. Some of you know this as the ski resort but every summer we drive up and ride down the road that leads to the lodge. The fastest we have ever gone is 50 miles an hour.
I really like the going to new places and camping and then riding around on my board to see different spots. It has been a fun thing for me to do and I hope to do it with my future kids.
